**We can assess short-term coffee-machine and coffee-service hire requests**, including multi-day events and temporary installations. The equipment, quantity and service model must be confirmed with the relevant supplier before we can promise availability or a price.

- Venue and postcode for each location
- Expected number of people **per day** and approximate drinks **per hour at peak**
- Drinks required (espresso, cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate, etc.) and typical cup sizes
- Whether you need self-service, trained baristas, maintenance, consumables and cleaning
- Access to power, water and drainage, and whether these are known
- Budget range and any deadline for a supplier decision

Large guest totals do not establish peak machine capacity; the hourly drink rate matters. A quote should distinguish equipment rental, transport, setup, staffing, consumables, VAT and collection where applicable.
