Do you offer hospitality or catering business consultancy?

Pearl Lemon Group can discuss tailored advisory projects for hospitality businesses, including café, coffee-shop, restaurant and catering operations. The scope and proposed fee depend on what you need: for example, concept review, customer acquisition, operations, launch planning or commercial positioning.

Tell us your business type, location, stage, main problem to solve, ideal timescale and an approximate budget, if you have one. Email info@pearllemongroup.com and we can progress initial scoping in writing, with a call available if helpful.

We do not advertise a single flat consulting fee. A proposal or specific professional engagement must be reviewed and confirmed for your project; do not assume every specialist service or outcome is available.

Café operations, training and advisory briefs — October 2026

Can you advise on opening a café or food business?

We can assess the brief and whether a suitable specialist is available. Topics could include concept and menu positioning, launch plans, customer acquisition, cost and operations structure, service design, staff training or an existing café's growth problems. We do not automatically promise licencing, food safety certification, accountancy or legal services as part of a hospitality consultation.

Can you help an existing coffee shop improve sales?

Describe the location, customer base, products, current sales channels, opening hours, website/social presence and the main obstacle—footfall, repeat visits, menu performance, staffing or unit economics. A team can discuss possible reviews or projects, but specific uplift and financial results cannot be guaranteed.

Can you offer staff training instead of consulting?

Potentially. Separate training in barista technique, bubble tea, menus or customer service from owner/manager advisory work. The venue, instructor, syllabus, headcount and dates determine delivery options. A coffee-shop course for a beginner is not automatically the same as on-site commercial consultancy.

What should be in a scope or proposal?

The current business stage; city/venue; key goals and problem areas; number of people to train if relevant; expected practical outputs; start date; approximate project budget; the facilities and existing team available; and any must-have deliverables. The team should discuss the distinction between one-off advice, formal training, operational implementation and retained support, including exclusions and current fees.

Can you advise on licensing, regulatory compliance or taxes?

These may require qualified local specialists and checks depending on jurisdiction. We should not give definitive local licensing, employment, food safety or tax advice in general web chat or claim such matters are included without verification.

Email info@pearllemongroup.com with a concise outline. Initial discussion and indicative scope can be progressed by email; a call is an additional option.
