Do you offer rentals?

Do you hire out catering equipment or arrange event rentals?

We can discuss rental or supplier arrangements for event equipment, such as crockery, cutlery, glassware, tea-service equipment and short-term coffee-machine hire. A specific item or model is never confirmed until our team checks the supplier, stock and transport requirements.

For equipment requests, send info@pearllemongroup.com the event date and location, delivery/collection dates, estimated guests and daily throughput, equipment needed, power and water access, whether you need an operator, setup, consumables, cups or ongoing refills, and your approximate budget.

For coffee-machine hire, tell us how many drinks you expect to serve per hour and per day, cup size (for example 12oz), and whether the event spans several days or cities. These practical details matter much more than a generic 'hire price' because machines differ in output, power requirements and servicing arrangements.

If your needs are urgent or involve several venues, tell us which dates and locations are fixed and which are flexible. We can help clarify the best supplier brief by email without forcing a call. Specialist equipment, installation, staffing, cost and dates are always subject to verification.

Can you rent a coffee machine for one week?

A multi-day or one-week coffee-machine request is worth reviewing; availability and specifications have to be checked with suppliers. To assess capacity, please share the start and end dates, location(s), guests per day, estimated peak drinks per hour, type of drinks, preferred cup sizes, whether baristas or self-service are required, and power/water access. Also indicate whether you need beans, milk, cups, delivery, installation, maintenance, cleaning and collection.

An initial equipment-hire scope can be prepared in writing. The team will distinguish equipment, transport, staffing, consumables, VAT and other charges in any actual quote, and cannot promise a machine before confirmation. If you have already arranged a call or received a quote, continue with the same email thread.

Equipment hire and coffee operations — October 2026

Can you arrange a coffee machine for one week?

We can investigate short-term hire, multi-day beverage service and temporary event equipment through the appropriate team and suppliers. A seven-day request is not automatically excluded. The most important distinction is between equipment-only hire, self-service coffee, a staffed espresso counter and a complete branded activation. Each has different logistics and costs.

For an equipment request, provide: venue postcode; hire start/end and installation/collection times; average guests or drinks per day; the busiest hour's expected drinks; menu (espresso, cappuccino, filter, tea, hot chocolate); water, drainage and power access; whether self-service or trained staff are needed; and whether you need cups, ingredients, cleaning, signage and technical support. A total of 300 visitors across a week is very different from 300 coffees served in a single hour.

Can I hire an espresso cart or staffed coffee station?

Possibly, subject to the event's location, supplier availability and power or health-and-safety requirements. The team may explore staffed stations, fixed bars, mobile counters, self-serve setups or simpler high-throughput alternatives. Confirm queue space, loading, staff shifts, planned peak demand and whether the venue has restrictive food/drink rules. Do not assume a barista, machine installation or consumables are included unless the written quote says so.

What about matcha, bubble tea or branded beverage promotions?

These are often event activations, not a straightforward equipment rental. Share your brand objective, number of attendees, target drink quantities, location, activation footprint, preferred drinks, branding/packaging needs, staffing, power/water and organiser rules. The team can distinguish drink supply, equipment, activation construction, signage and staff costs once scoped. Exact recipes, certification or supplier stock must be verified.

Can you support multiple festival or exhibition days?

The team can assess the practical options. Send a date-by-date list of cities, venues and time windows, anticipated volume, loading restrictions, storage plans, staff coverage and whether the equipment can remain overnight. Cross-border events may require local sourcing and separate transport, insurance, permit, VAT and labour checks. No schedule or quote is confirmed until those details have been assessed.

What does a rental quote include?

Ask whether the price covers machine or item hire, delivery/collection, installation, technical setup, operator hours, consumables, maintenance, cleaning, deposits and VAT. If a supplier quotes only the machine fee, that may not cover everything needed to serve attendees. An indicative total must make exclusions and assumptions clear and should not claim stock has been reserved.

What if I need an urgent replacement or have a fault?

Existing customers should continue their booking/support email with the site, machine, error and urgency. We can help route the request but cannot promise a replacement unit, technician or repair time without supplier confirmation.

Email info@pearllemongroup.com with your brief. We can make progress in writing without requiring a call; if you have already booked or received a quote, continue that email thread.
