How much of a heads up do you need to book in?
If you are looking for crockery or staffing, we sometimes can do events less than 48 hours from your enquiry depending on our schedule. We cannot promise this though.
Coffee, matcha or tea service we can work with a 3 day window but ideally we have a 7 day heads up at least
Events with canapes, finger food, bubble tea or afternoon tea need a minimum 5 day order window, ideally more than 7 days for the team to have time to place orders and be sure everything is as it needs to be.
It is always best to contact us as soon as you cna but we understand this can't always happen.
